DELIVERY & SHIPPING
For EU and UK orders we ship via post service and DHL/UPS/FedEx.
All shipping companies have a tracked service, and a text message or email will be sent directly from them to you, on the day of your delivery with your delivery time slot, which can be amended using the tracking link.

Please note we cannot be accountable for any third-party delays such as delays due to customs or severe weather conditions.
European Duties & Vat Charges
Please note that for European shipments, you might be required to additionally pay for customs duties and VAT. Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail.

Deliveries To Europe & UK
We deliver to all EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungry, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. If your country within the EU is noted stated above, then please contact our online team and we can look into alternative shipping methods for you. Shipping time include process and delivery time. Process might need 4 days on average.
For delivery to EU countries it is a €7.99 basic shipping fee and free shipping if your order price is above €49.9. Delivery time 8-15 business days. (Buy 2 get 12% off and free shipping, code: COT12)
Expedited Shipping (4-10 business days) - €20 (Orders Over €0.00 and Up)
UK orders will charge the same price as EU countries.
Which does not include any additional fees such as taxes & duties which will be expected to pay at your end when your order arrives at customs.
Our estimated delivery time is 8-15 working days if the order is placed before 1pm on Sunday, as we do not ship on Sunday. During busy periods this may be subject to change. Please ensure that you will be available to receive your parcel, as failure to do so will determine the parcel being sent back to the warehouse if not collected from your local depot, and an additional shipping fee may be charged as a result of this. The couriers will contact you and us for a re-delivery or pick up if you are unable to sign for your parcel.
